Being in 20s is perfect stage of life to find your passions and make a difference. These are the years where you make some important decisions about the rest of your life. They don’t have to be concrete like “I want to be an astronaut by age 30”. What I mean by “important decisions” is that you make decisions on what you value as personal qualities, and lifestyle qualities. You decide upon what you value. You decide upon, and build, the habits you’d like to maintain. You get involved with your passions in your free time, and you make the effort to expand your horizons. You don’t put everything in stone, because you allow for your life’s direction to change. But this also comes with the baggage for any student How to make hard choices while making a important decision. Which could be anything like career should I pursue? Should I break up or get married? Where should I live? Big decisions like these can be complicated and difficult. But here we will be dsicsovering a new framework for how we think about decisions that anyone can use immediately by Chang. Ruth Chang is a well-respected and outspoken philosopher. Making big decisions is hard. But understanding how we think about these decisions can make life a whole lot easier.

6. you mean to say,
Am I want to be an
Engineer or Doctor
or Astronaut ?
7. 2. What I mean by
“Important decisions” make decisions
on what you value as personal
qualities, and lifestyle qualities.
➔ You decide what you value.
➔ You decide, & build, the habits
you’d like to maintain.
➔ You get involved with your
passions in your free time
➔ You make the effort to expand
your horizons..
8. 20’s are the most critical in defining
your path for your life.
9. 20’s risks are lowest so it is the
time to shift things, try things,
and fail a lot
12. Does it even make
sense?
Yes it Does!
- Started event org. Company in 3rd
yr.
- While in 2nd yr tried construction
company.
- By 4th yr started online game
playing company.
- Tried to be professional boxer
13.
14. Take Risk
The biggest risk is not taking any risk. In a
world that’s changing really quickly, the only
strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking
risks.
15. Take Risk
But these are not the kinds of risks you must
take.
- excessive drinking and
- reckless driving
You are a grown-up, so your actions, even
when risky, must add to your prospects of a
better future.
16. Take Control of
Your Life
Start using first principles rather than analogy.
- With first principles, you try to break down
what is true about something and make
decisions from that.
- With analogy, on the contrary, you make
decisions based on what people consider to
already be true.
17. Deal With Issues
That Hold You Back
The 20s is the best time to clear any bad experiences that
hold you back or hurt your confidence.
Do not waste your time fixing weaknesses that are not fatal,
{even the most successful people are not perfect.}
18. Don’t Settle Just Yet
Your parents would swear that it’s best to find a decent job
that pays well and keep it until your hair turns gray.
Interestingly, the study said that those who completely
switch careers, not just jobs, at least once, more job
fluctuations predict high income and career satisfaction at
age 32.
19. Don’t Settle Just Yet
before Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson started making
movies, he was a famous WWE wrestler. But before even
that, he had a football career which he left at 24 to become
a wrestler.
20. Take Care Of This
Often Overlooked
Aspect…
- You must exercise,
- eat healthily,
- meditate, and relax.
