Summary
I'm a rare breed that created successful communities for companies before it was cool to do so! I've successfully created communities for companies
customers, Partners, or developers of their products/services), for brands, for emerging technologies and even for young kids through teaching them
technologies.
I've had various monikers given to me throughout the year including "Kim the Connection String" , "Miss Community" (by a Microsoft Regional
Director), and most recently and the one I think is coolest is "Dripping with both Tech and Personality!" People state I have incredible charisma.
One of my strengths in engaging people with brands, products, and around technical development is through awesome, fun, innovative and creative
events/meetings. I "love" taking each event and making it unique to the topic, the speaker, or even the audience. There's a lot of energy at my events!
I earn peoples trust because I'm passionate for what am doing; otherwise I wouldn't be doing it.
The company/brand/product has to blow me away and when that's the case, my passion and enthusiasm exudes and is infectious. I love people and I love
technology and it shows.
I work well by myself because I'm motivated from within, but I work well in groups because I love the new approaches to problem-solving that comes
with harnessing the collective intelligence.

always had a smile for everyone and was a major promoter of the company. Her .NET programming

testing of every change that rolled out to our e-commerce site. She understands both the design and
architecture phases of development. She has excellent SQL server skills (creating tables and stored
