Entry Fee will be $50.00. This fee includes a table and 4 wristbands for tasting.
You are responsible for all utensils, tent or canopy, chairs and booth decora-

There’s no real criteria for the salsa, except that it tastes great on a tortilla chip.
What you call salsa, we’ll call salsa. Our expert panel of judges will judge your
salsa entries based on their own sense of taste, heat, consistency, and aroma
.
The Salsa Taste-Off Registration Check-in begins at 4:30pm. All contestants are
to sign in at the registration check-in table no later than 5:00pm. No
registrations will be accepted after 5:00pm. You can Pre-Register by mailing
your entry form and fee to the address listed on the entry form. All Pre-
Registrations must be completed by July 29, 2011.
Tasting is $6.00 adults and $3.00 ages 8-18, under 7 free. Beer and water will be
served by South Ukiah Rotary with all proceeds going directly back to The Vol-
unteer Network of Lake & Mendocino Counties.
