Objective:

field of medicine you need because I worked in all fields in rural area, and I can adapt with my
medical team or any other team in the manner of treatments that they follow it, or in the- health,
safety, environment department because I worked as safety supervisor and officer in many sites
beside medical officer.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCES: (15Years experience)
1. I am working in king Abdulaziz Medical City in Ministry of National Guard in
Jeddah-KSA as Staff Physician in Home Health Care from Aug.2016 till now.
2. I worked in ministry of health in Abha /KSA in home health care as G.P, HHC
resident from sept.2012 till Augest 2016
3. I worked in Alzafer hospital in Najran in Saudi Arabia Kingdom as general
practitioner/resident from jan.2011 till sept.2012 (I years and 9 months).
4. I worked in ministry of health In republic of Yemen as general practitioner,
surgical resident, and ER. Resident from 11/ 2000 to 31/12/ 2010 (10 years and 1
month)
5. I finished successfully the theoretical &practical training of postgraduate
diploma of General Surgery in the period between (Feb.05- Jan.06) after
agreement of High Yemeni Council of Medical Specializations and decided by The
territorial office of World Health Organization in East of the middle sea.

I am working in King Medical city in Ministry of National Guard in Jeddah- KSA
as staff physician
Duties:
1.To perform daily field visit scheduled to the patients to take notes about their health status
and their progress in their medical file
2.To evaluate the patients referred from different departments of the hospital, to decide the
probability of admitting them in home medical care programs and to determine the number of
Visits and services required by the patients
3.To follow up the results of lab. In addition, radiation examinations required by patients
periodically when necessary
4.To follow up patients with consultants and specialists at the hospital periodically and upon
changing the plan of treatment
To participate in scientific activities of the department on weekly basis.5
To participate in training patients escorts for patient care.6
To assist in statistic procedure of the patient of home medical care.7
Prepare medical reports and briefs on daily visits for patients.8
