Technical Characteristics 技术参数:

• Temperature 温度范围： -30°C ～ 135°C
Function 功能作用：
Blowby freezing will occur due to different temperatures
at the combination of the cold intake air and the warm
recycled engine gas. The water contained in the Blowby
gas condenses and freezes at this point !
发动机在工作时，会摄入冷空气，同时有热空气在内部
循环。在不同温度空气的混合作用下会产生结冰现象，
曲轴箱吹出的气体会在这一温度点凝结成水甚至成冰！

Situation 使用环境：
At low outside temperatures, a heat deficit is created as
a result of increasingly efficient, consumption-optimized,
direct fuel injection engines. It is compensated by new
generation of ceramic compartment heaters by DBK!
在室外温度较低的情况下，发动机通常会控制燃油喷射，优
化自身消耗以提升效率，结果会出现供热不足的情况。迪比
卡新一代的陶瓷空调加热器能很好的解决这个问题。
Compared to competitive products DBK are characterized
by a particularly low weight and a low pressure drop. The
power spectrum from decentralized heating elements in
the power range from 400 W up to the power of 2,000 W
和竞争对手相比，迪比卡的加热器的特点是重量更轻，压力
降更低。由分散加热部件提供功率，范围从400W到2000W

Electric and hybrid vehicles don’t or only temporarily produce
engine waste heat for the heating of passenger compartment
纯电动汽车以及混合动力汽车通常不会产生发动机的余热，
因此原先用于加热车厢内部的这部分热量就会稍显不足
For these vehicles DBK provides HV air and water heating
systems with heating powers up to 8 kW and supply voltages
up to 500 V, which enable the purely electrical heating of the
passenger compartment. The power electronics integrated
into the heaters can be activated optionally via PWM signal
or via standard bus systems (CAN, LIN).
迪比卡专门为这类新能源的汽车提供高电压的空气型和水型加
热系统，加热时的最高功率可达8千瓦，供应的电压可高达500
伏特，这些能量足够用于车厢内部的空调制热。加热器内部的
功率电子元件能通过总线系统或脉冲调制信号（PWM）激活。

The SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) Systems which
are reducing the NOX need different heating elements for
defrosting urea, since the urea starts to crystallize at -11°C
DBK offers preheated filters, tanks and elements which are
used for injectors, valves, pumps and diffusors…etc.
SCR系统（选择性催化还原）使用尿素来降低汽车尾气
中的氮氧化物。但是尿素在零下11度时会出现结晶现象，
因此迪比卡开发出一系列应用于SCR系统的加热装置

engines. The Intake air heater enables to start diesel
engines safely at cold temperature condition even at
high altitudes. Supports to reach emission regulation.

于加热发动机的摄入空气，确保发动机能在极寒或者高
纬度的恶劣环境下顺利启动，也有助于车辆排放达标

to avoid risk in the secretion effect of paraffin and to
ensure specified level of viscosity for fuel circuit

在过滤装置前对柴油进行预热，使其畅通无阻的流通

Problems 常见问题：
In the regions with big temperature difference and high
humidity, water condensation often happens inside the
cabinets, which may cause creepage and arc over, as
a consequence, the insulation of electronic parts will be
ruined or burned out, which lead to cabinet damage
在气温变化大、湿度高的地区，当机柜内壁表面温度降到
露点温度以下时，柜内表面会发生水珠凝结的现象，称为
凝露，它会在一定程度上引起爬电、闪络等事故的发生，
结果会损害电器表面的绝缘，烧坏元件，最终损坏机柜。
Solution 解决方案：
To totally prevent condensation inside cabinets, we only
need to make sure the temperature inside is always
higher than outside. Thanks to PTC unique character of
automatic constant temperature, we can both control the
temperature precisely and meanwhile save the energy
只需要保证机柜内部的温度始终高于柜外的环境温度，并
尽量降低柜体内部的相对湿度，就可完全预防柜内产生凝
露。PTC加热器的材料具有自动恒温的特性，这样既可准
确的控制柜内温度，又可以达到省电节能的效果
