2. Barrington Fundamentals
Logos All writing instruments are priced inclusive of a one location engraving. A
second logo location is $3.75 each. All leathergoods are priced inclusive of a one
location debossing. A second logo location is $3.75 each.
Setup Charges Debossing on all leathergoods requires a one-time die charge of
$75.00 per logo.
Engraving on pens requires a one-time tooling charge of $75.00 per logo. Please
provide artwork via email in an eps file. Set up charges are waived on 100 unit
orders. Barrington will size your artwork accordingly. Future orders using the same
logo will not incur setup charges under most circumstances.
Personalizations Initials may be debossed on leathergoods for an additional $6.25
each. Call for pricing if you need a name debossed. Names or initials may be
engraved on writing instruments for an additional $5.00 each.
Production Time Orders generally deliver within the following guidelines:
Branding: Dallas Inventory - Within 7 to 10 days from receipt of a complete
order.
Customization: Air — 24 - 28 days from receipt of a complete order.
Ocean — Additional discounts apply to purchase quantities
of 250 or more. Please call for quote. 50 days from receipt of a
complete order.
Shipping Barrington will ship to meet or exceed your requested in hands date and
the charges will be added to the total upon shipping. All products are quoted
FOB Dallas.
Packaging All leathergoods are presented in a custom fitted, two-piece signature
pearl white gift box ready for presentation. Pens are available in a variety of
packaging options.
Terms Our terms are net 30 with approved credit. Certain orders may require a
credit card or deposit.
