“Family Priority”
Ephesians 5:31-6:4
Core Value: Family Priority
God looks for men and women who are convinced that the family is
God’s building block for society and give their family priority in
their lives.
Matthew 22:37-39
“You must love the Lord your God with all your heart,
with all your being, and with all your mind. This is the first
and greatest commandment. And the second is like it:
You must love your neighbor as you love yourself.”
2. Our first neighbor is our own family – from there our ministry
extends to the ends of the earth.
To fulfill our discipleship calling, our family must be seen as our
first place to serve.

can take many forms. We will either have one speaker, a panel, or
group sharing. We recognize that it is beneficial to the body of Christ
to hear and understand differing viewpoints within the church.
We have childcare for young children, but encourage 10+ year olds
to stay in the service.
Common text builds community.

Flower Calendar
6. The flower calendar is now on the bulletin board in hall across from
the office. We need help in supplying flowers for the altar each
Sunday (except special occasions). If each family were to supply
flowers one Sunday during the year, we would have all Sunday's
covered.
It can be any kind of flowers, even those growing in your own
yard. We can supply the vases if needed. Call Rita Baker if questions
at 425-483-3594.
NOTE: The children can put a single flower in a bud vase on the altar
to celebrate their birthday. There are bud vases available for use.
