Overview
Sutron’s GOES LRIT System captures real-time LRIT data from GOES Satellites,
ingests the data & distributes it over the internet.
Features
 Sutron LRIT: No Processing Changes Required to change from DOMSAT
 Full support for LRIT data from GOES East and GOES West.
 Easy installation with the antenna mounted on a single post or patio
mount and one cable feed to the receiver.
 Data transferred from the receiver to the host computer via a 12 Mbit/s
USB connection to ensure high speed and data integrity.
 High-quality, high-reliability hardware and software for trouble-free, long-
term, continuous operation.
 Distributes LRIT data to multiple LRGS systems simultaneously.
 Simple interface to modify configuration & view status, just connect
monitor & keyboard. (Remote status connect by SSH enabled on request.)
 Windows-based XRIT Ingester software to capture and archive LRIT data,
windows-based MacroPro software to post-process data, and windows-
based iDAP software to display and process images
 Software displays & processes infra-red, visible & water vapor images.
