6. preparation
1) Cut the baguette into slices about a
finger thick. The bread for toast should be
the day before or will be too soft and will
dispose in baths of milk or eggs. If you are
using special bread for toast need not be
especially hard because its thickness
helps desborone is not toast. If you only
have a loaf of bread fresh cuts slightly
thicker slices that do not break
7.
ambas caras. Después de pasarlas por la
leche déjalas sobre otra fuente para que
suelten el exceso de líquido
9. 2nd) Take the wine and heat slightly in a
saucepan (do not use the microwave). We
do this in order to dissolve three
tablespoons of sugar as cold do not
dissolve well. So once hot add the sugar
and mix until dissolved. Then mixed with
milk (which can be cool or warm) in a
bathing fountain and see the bread slices
on both sides. After the let them roll in
milk on another source to release the
excess fluid
10.
11. 3º) Pon en una sartén a calentar
aceite de girasol suficiente para que
puedas meter las torrijas. Coge los
huevos y bátelos bien. Pasa cada
torrijas por ambas caras por el
huevo batido
12. 3rd) Put in a pan to heat enough
sunflower oil to help you get the
toast. Grab the eggs and whisk well.
Spend each pancake on both sides
with the beaten egg
13.
14. 4º) Cuando el aceite esté caliente añade
las torrijas. Deja que se doren por un lado
antes de darles la vuelta. Puedes
bandeja
15. 4) When the oil is hot add the
toast. Let brown on one side
before turning them over. Can you
help with a clamp if you are more
comfortable when the toast and
have good color on both sides
take them out and let them drain
on paper towels on a tray
16.
17. 5º) Cuando estén todas las
torrijas preparadas espolvorea
canela molida y azúcar glas a tu
gusto
18. 5th) When all the prepared pancake sprinkled
ground cinnamon and icing sugar to taste are
19.
lados. Fuera de la cocina y a comer!!!
21. 6) It only remains to give the
bathroom sweet French toast. Put
the honey with warm water in a
saucepan and when honey is smooth
and well mixed with the water
bathes the toast on both sides. Out
of the kitchen and to eat!
