7. A note of caution… Think of the wider
system
• What is the IT ‘cost’ of such solutions?
• What about indirect effects elsewhere in the system?
• What about the ‘rebound effect’?
• How might they change behaviour?
• What about implications beyond energy reduction?

8. But think positive!!
• How might these different approaches be used in your
business?
• What applications (with staff and/or customers) would
be most impactful?
• What would the cost implications be? What is the ROI
