C. If they hire you, you will have established an understanding that you are interested in a realistic career
plan with the company that should be measured in achievable and Strategic Time specific increments.
I work with candidates And hiring managers to focus on being prepared in interviews to get past the
nervous introductory hurdles as quickly as possible so they can start to develop a bond that can last a
lifetime regardless of whether this opportunity will work out or not.
The result is typically a very short introductory phone call between the candidate and the hiring manager
to establish a rapport that will motivate the hiring manager to become a champion for you throughout the
hiring process.
