Bachelor's Degrees in Florence, ItalyMarist College proudly announces the launch of a Bachelor's Degree Program in partnership with the Scuola Lorenzo de' Medici in Florence, Italy. Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science Degree Completion ProgramsStudents in the Bachelors' Degree Completion Programs can tailor their degrees in either an onground or, beginning Fall 2009, fully online format. Portable and flexible. Organizational Leadership & CommunicationThe Organizational Leadership and Communication (OLC) program at Marist College is an accelerated Bachelor of Science degree completion program which requires a minimum of 48 previously earned college credits. Students complete the program in a cohort-based format meeting once per week for two years. Bachelor of Science in Social Work Degree Completion ProgramAccredited by the Council on Social Work Education the graduates of this Program are prepared for entry level social work practice and/or graduate school. Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Degree Completion ProgramThis two year, cohort-based program is designed for students with two years of prior undergraduate study who are looking for a way to complete their degree in an accelerated format but still be able to hold onto their job and way of life. School of Global and Professional Program SOCIETY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (SHRM) The local Chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in cooperation with Marist College offer a 36-hour professional development program to help prepare human resource professionals for the national examination for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) accreditation. (Examination requirements are 1-4 years of work experience) Upon course completion you will receive a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Marist College and a certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management and 3.6 CEU's. Human resource managers help organizations meet strategic goals by attracting and retaining employees.
