How to Access CrossKnowledge E-Learning System?
To access CrossKnowledge e-Learning system, launch your web browser and key in the below web link: http://ckcontents.lms.crossknowledge.com
1. Enter assigned user email 2. Enter assigned password 3. Left Click on “Login” to proceed
Introduction to CrossKnowledge
If you have login successfully, you will see the CK home page as reflected
To logout of CK, Mouse over & left click on “Logout”!
To access CK one of CK specific training products, select one of these tabs to launch the module.
CK Sessions are 30 to 45 minutes training sessions covering key concepts, practices and managerial approaches. Sessions are available in 11 Languages.  Mouse over the “Session” Tab & left click to launch it!
CK Essentials are written media designed to help people grasp the essentials of a technique or management concept in just a a few minutes. They can also be used for revision purposes by anyone who has previously followed a CK training programme.  Mouse over the “Essentials” Tab & left click to launch it!
CK Action Tips are written media designed to help learners put what they’ve learn into practice.  Mouse over the “Action Tips” Tab & left click to launch it!
CK Videocasts are a collections of 800 3-6 minutes films presenting best practices & testimonials of top managers aim at inspiring, coaching & assisting managers at all levels to move forward in their managerial approach or leadership role. Mouse over the “Videocasts” Tab & left click to launch it!
NOTE: This module is currently not available.
At any one point of time, if you would like to start from the beginning, mouse over the “Home” Tab & left click on it!
Under “Tag”, you will see a list of topics that you may be interested to explore. To access a particular field of interest, simply mouse over & left click on the word to explore further. NOTE: The list is refreshed every time you re-load the CK Home Page!!!
You will also be able to see a list of the most accessed Sessions / Essentials / Videocast topics accessed by users all over the world. To launch any of these topics, simply mouse over the “Title”, left click on it to find out more!

How to Perform A Search / Advanced Search?

Once you have perform a search, the system will display the findings for your review.
You can simply scroll through the page to review the search results or opt to refine your search further by performing an advanced search by setting additional filters here!
Alternatively, you can also refine your search by selecting an area from the drop down menu to refine your search further. Left click on the “Drop Down Arrow” to see the list of choices.

Once you have launched a Session / Essential / Videocast successfully, you will see the Programme Summary Page

The system will also list other topics related to the field you have selected for you to consider.

Key Learning Points of Programme
If you wish to bookmark / review this programme at a later stage, left click on “Add to My Training” to add / bookmark this programme under “My Training”. Once you have done that, you can re-visit the programme anytime by simply selecting “My Training” at the top.
To launch the programme, mouse over the “Launch” button & left click on it.

Detailed Program outline of Selected Session. To go to a specific section of the session, mouse over the topic and left click to launch that section.
Left click here to toggle between detailed outline view or slide view format.
Volume Control & Session control panel - Play / Pause / Fast-Forward / Repeat the session.
You can also choose to pre-load your session to minimise interruptions of program due to lag time of your network. NOTE: Time taken for pre-loading of session is depending on the bandwidth of your network. Once the session is pre-loaded, you can play the session with no interruption.
To print out a copy of the session, mouse over & left click on the “Printer” icon
By default, all session launched are in English. To change the language of instruction to your preferred language, mouse over the “National Flag” icon & left click on the National Flag for your choiced language.
