18.  Netbook hardware or software problem:
 Bring it to the helpdesk. Fix or exchange
immediately.
 Lost or stolen:
 Call / report to principal
 Outside school? File a police report
 Come to helpdesk for replacement

19.  Safety and security is our top concern:
 Student netbooks get LV internet content filtering
24/7 – even at home.
 Supervision and communication are important!
