4. I FEEL OUT OF CONTROL AND HOPELESS.
This combination of factors leaves you feeling out of control
and hopeless. Feeling out of control of your life can lead to
feelings of anger, sadness, and despair. Feelings of
hopelessness can lead to thoughts of confusion, depression,
and anxiety.

5. I surmise that not one person wishes
any of these feelings upon themselves,
yet, they do not take the time to
examine their thoughts and feelings
and strategize how to make them
subside.

6. Taking the opportunity to meditate on your thought life is
exceedingly important to being realistic, hopeful, and
happy. Thinking of only the negative is not logical, as it
completely ignores all that is good, which houses an entirely
different set of data points than negative thoughts.

Open your eyes to what is good, as well as
what is bad. Then, formulate a strategy to
change the things you can and encourage

year of 2017 does not have to be depressing

beautiful results in your mind and your life.
