3. How it works
• The Wealth Portfolio helps investors build
wealth by using funds that deliver up to 3X
the daily return of the S&P 500 index.

4. How it works
• The funds used in The Wealth Portfolio produce
these returns by owning the stocks in the S&P 500
index and using trading agreements such as swaps to
magnify exposure to the stocks in the index.

How it works
If the S&P 500 returns 1% that day,
the funds in the Wealth Portfolio will
return up to 3%. Conversely if the
S&P 500 returns a -1% that day, the
Wealth Portfolio will return up to -3%.

6. How it works
Rising markets will lead to outsized returns in the Wealth
Portfolio sometimes in excess of 3X the calendar year return
of the underlying index.
Conversely falling markets will lead to outsized losses in
The Wealth Portfolio sometimes in excess of 3X the
calendar year return of the underlying index.
The advisors of Wilson Wealth adjust the portfolio’s level of
investment in these funds to find the optimum level of
exposure during rising and falling markets. The goal being
to minimize losses beyond a given threshold.

results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to
three times (3x) the daily performance of the S&P
500®.
– ProShares UltraPro Dow30 seeks daily investment

three times (3x) the daily performance of the Dow
Jones Industrial AverageSM.

• The Wealth Portfolio operates a lot differently
than most investor portfolios. It is designed to
multiply daily returns of the S&P 500 index
where as most portfolios seek to match or
arbitrarily outperform the S&P 500.
