I joined the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida as Director, TDM Program in 1993. My team's recent accomplishments include: (1) patent-pending software on GPS-enabled cell phones to track travel behavior and provide “commute coaching” advice, (2) patent-pending “Travel Assistance Device” to provide more mobility for the cognitively, (3) developed models to predict impacts of TDM including TRIMMS, “economics of TDM” model called TRIMMS and the Worksite Trip Reduction Model and Manual (4) produced guides and handbooks such as Incorporating TDM into the Land Development Process and Transportation Management Association Handbook (5)
