10.00 - 12.00 Celebration of International Children Festival at the City Stadium
12.00 - 13.00 Break and get ready to visit to the Lake Hazar
13.00 - 17.00 Trip and lunch near the Lake Hazar
19.30 meet outside the hotel go for dinner together.

2. Turkish partner will pay for refreshments during the 9.30 - 12.30 meetings.
Lunch will cost partners 20 Turkish Liras per day. With dinner costing approximately 30
Turkish Liras each per day. (1 Euro is 2.37 Turkish Liras); it means you will pay about 20-25
Euros for lunch and dinner each day per person.
On the first day lunch we will suggest you to eat trout as it is very delicious and grown in
Keban. We will organise resturants that have a selection of Turkish Traditional food. If there
is anything you especially want to eat in Turkey or you have diet, please do let me know and
we will try to arrange for you.
At the dates of the meeting Turkey will be warm and maybe rainy so please bring rainclothes.

HOTEL
Booked Hotel:
AKGUN HOTEL ELAZIG ( It is closed to Elazığ Anaokulu) 5 minutes walk to the place
where we will meet.
I recommended you AKGUN HOTEL ELAZIG as it is very close to our institution and
it is a really nice hotel. I booked the rooms you requested. Each single room costs 140,
double room 195 and triple room 235 Turkish Liras and for per night includes breakfast.
Money
You will need Turkish Lira in Turkey and Elazığ. You can change-exchange in the offices or
banks.
1 Euro = 2.37 TL
Transportation
You will all fly to Istanbul first and then fly to Elazığ from Istanbul. Transportation from
Airport to the Akgun Hotel Elazığ: We will meet you at the airport and can get you to your
hotel.
Please see the attached working session program in detail about the content of the meeting
and the tasks of each partner institution, work-plan and work sharing .

3. WORKING PROGRAM:
Saturday and Sunday mornings we will see the presentation of each partner institution. I
think you all have seen Turkey’s presentation named ‘What have we done so far?’ and we
know that each partner institution is doing some work about the project. If each institution
presents what they hane so far we can develop the meeting. As you have already prepared
activities, power point presentations, films, etc. İt will not be difficult to prepare such
presentation. We will also share the documents for dissemination in our countries. Please
bring your all works to share in the meeting.
On Sunday evening and on Monday morning you will have chance to observe, film or photo
the celebration of the 23rd April International Children Festival Celebration.
