Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat
aplikasi media pemasaran properti dengan
menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality pada
perangkat Android yang dapat menampilkan objek 3D
di atas marker. Aplikasi ini juga sebagai Company
Profile yang dapat menampilkan profil perusahaan, list
dan detail perumahan, fasilitas perumahan, portofolio
perusahaan, dan kontak perusahaan.

19. » 1.Aplikasi media pemasaran properti dengan
menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality pada
perangkat Android telah dapat berjalan dengan baik pada
perangkat Android dengan Versi OS Android Kitkat
sampai Marshmallow.
» 2.Objek 3D dapat mulai tampil dengan jarak minimal
pendeteksian awal yaitu 20 cm. Sedangkan untuk jarak
maksimal pendeteksian awal yaitu sekitar 105.9 cm.

maksimal pendeteksian awal.
» 4.Pada saat pelacakan, objek 3D masih dapat tampil dari
jarak sekitar 6.8 cm sampai dengan jarak sekitar 242.2

» 5.Objek 3D dapat tampil dengan sudut pendeteksian awal
maksimum sekitar 56.2 derajat. Sedangkan saat
pelacakan, objek 3D masih dapat tampil sampai sekitar
87.8 derajat.

» 1.Pengembangan Tugas Akhir lain dapat menerapkan fitur lain seperti
penambahan video perusahaan dengan Augmented Reality.
» 2.Membuat Augmented Reality langsung menggunakan Android Studio
tanpa menggunakan Unity3D dengan memanfaatkan Vuforia SDK untuk
Android.
» 3.Objek 3D tidak hanya menampilkan rumah dari luar, tetapi juga
bentuk isi rumah.
» 4.Menampilkan objek 3D rumah dalam ukuran yang sesungguhnya
dengan menggunakan teknologi Virtual Reality.
» 5.Membuat database untuk mengetahui rumah yang
sudah dibeli dan belum dibeli.
