Fifty students from Lipscomb University traveled to Ensenada, Mexico over spring break to volunteer with an orphanage and local church. They held a vacation bible school for the orphanage children and assisted with food relief efforts. The students also helped a local family by laying drywall in their home. The trip allowed the students to do charitable work while strengthening their faith.

1. CITY OF CHILDREN LIPSCOMB SPRING BREAK MISSIONS 2007

2. On March 17 th , 2007 fifty Lipscomb University students set off on the adventure of a lifetime to Ensenada, B.C; Mexico. There, they worked for a week at the City of Children; a Church of Christ sponsored orphanage. The students held a VBS for the kids and did food relief efforts with our brothers and sisters in Christ in the city of Maneaderro. The students also worked on a house laying drywall for a family who are members of the Church there. Much of the Lord’s work was done while in the Baja.
