We believe that in order for individuals to learn

need for change. In other words, they must have

motivation and readiness.

ership development programs have proven to be

and resources. Coaching and mentorship are
great way for leaders and organizations to devel-
op effectiveness. They also help leaders clarify
the steps and directions needed to move toward

EXECUTIVE
COACHING
Executive coaching is a cooperative mutual
learning process between the coach and the
client that fosters self-awareness, attention to be-
haviors, personal growth, and conscious choice
for the highest good.
Like other coaching models, the objectives
include identifying goals, measuring results, sus-
taining change, eliminating maladaptive behav-
iors, and creating self-awareness, just to name a
few. The overall goal is to help the client develop
self-driven skills and solutions for sustainable
change.
We combine a belief-based and evidence-based
approach which operates on assumptions that
people can change given the right conditions.
It also suggests that the effectiveness and tan-
gible outcomes of the coaching process can be
measured.
Executive coaching is used to assist senior and
mid-level executives in maximizing their po-
tentials in the businesses they operate. This is
a one-on-one coaching contract which enables
the formulation of personal, team and compa-
ny goals. Our client can then begin to develop
appropriate strategies as it relates to their role in
their company.
The goal is to aid leaders in coaching their team
members to be more effective in their roles with-
in the organization.

One of our key objectives when working with
organizations is to ensure that ideas and solu-
tions emerge from a multiple of voices from
within the organization. All good ideas are
considered and the best are implemented.
Organizational coaching is about helping leaders
and their teams recognize what they want and
coach them through the process of doing more
of what works to achieve it. With this in mind,
we encourage leaders and their teams to spend
very little time laboring over the problems, but
instead, encourage solution-focused methodolo-
gies for their desired outcomes.
The objectives include creating self-awareness
amongst the team members about individual
cognitive-behavior as well as the group dynam-
ics that impact the entire organization.
Because every organization is uniquely differ-
ent, organizational coaching focuses on help-
ing organizations learn efffective methods and
techniques that support their particular culture.
This is a muti-layered team approach that helps
to formulate thoughts and ideas to uncover use-
ful know-how that may have been overlooked.
Helping organizations focus on what has created
success in the past can be used to create solu-
tions for both the present and the future. We
use a variety of proven coaching methodologies
and models to measure and quantify coaching
effectiveness.
The goal is to help leaders coach their teams,
improve performance, and acccomplish organi-

COACHING
Operating a small business comes with a myriad
of challenges that could hinder a company from
reaching desired levels of growth and success. A
very high percentage of businesses fail because
most small business owners never seek coaching.
We help business owners identify their strengths
and core competencies, and coach them to help
their employees do the same.
One-to-one business coaching enables business
owners to discuss and work through issues that
are hindering production, profitability, and over-
all business growth. Business coaching can also
help facilitate stronger awarenesss and commu-
nication skills that will allow business owners to
better engage their employees. Most small busi-
nesses do not have the luxury of hiring full-time
human resource teams, and as a result, employee
issues often go unaddressed.
We coach business owners on how to work with
different personality types and identify what
motivates their employees to perform at a higher
level.
We understand that with all of the issues busi-
ness owners deal with on a daily basis, it is
easy to lose sight of the big picture and become
overwhelmed and consumed with addressing
problems. It doesn’t have to be this way.

COACHING ENGAGEMENT
Each coaching engagement is as different as the
clients we serve. Your coaching agreement can
be for any specified duration, however we have
found that sustainable change and improvement
takes time. Typical engagement with our clients
range from 2 to 6 months; however, other
engagements may last for a year or longer.
Our overall goal is to help our clients develop
self-driven skills that will allow them to experi-
ence consistent self-driven improvement even
after their coaching sessions are completed.
Some clients choose to take their careers and
futures into their own hands and become self-
pay clients, while others are sponsored by their
employers.
