2. XPRESSROAM CONFIDENTIAL
As some of you have experienced in a data world, mobile devices (smartphones/tablets etc.)
BYOD (Bring Your Own Devices) sometimes do not have data/internet access that is expected.
Our service provides Mobile IP data access allowing customers to buy a specified amount of data
for 24 hours on Cellular networks. The service works in the following manner: When a mobile
device fails to connect with a network provider (Sprint, Verizon, etc.), the request is re-directed
to our Mobile IP platform for authentication and payment via our XpressRoam Day Pass splash
page, allowing a customer to buy data access using various payment options, using a Credit Card.
Our service is comparable to buying internet access in the hospitality sector, but this is true
Mobile IP, not WiFi access. The following overview presentations describes the experience of the
founders, the technology, current contracts, financial projections and how we intend to use your
investment.
Summary
Offering roaming mobile device BYOD users the opportunity to purchase bundled service for
data, email & internet access when they can’t get it directly from their service provider

XR has over 35 million data attempts & requests being redirected each week to
XpressRoam from two (2) Tier 2 CDMA Carrier’s up and running in production
The number of re-directs expected to grow exponentially due to increased data
applications, usage and perhaps Federal mandates
Our assumption is that 25% will purchase the XpressRoam day pass – assumption is
based on our experience with customers buying voice access, actual Carrier’s proprietary
Day Pass offering, as well as customers buying internet access in hotels, planes &
airports
XpressRoam is in line with the “open” access model currently implemented and
mandated in European Markets
