    greater intensity, a
    significant rise in sea
    level, and a change in
    wildlife behaviors and
    populations are among
    the outcomes that can
    be expected if efforts to
    diminish the effects of
    global warming are not

Mission Statement

   The goal of this project is to assist the Yarra
    Energy Foundation in the implementation of
    the Total Yarra Retrofit by determining and
    evaluating the skills required of a workforce for
    the initiative.
Deliverables
   Recommendations for the skills the workforce
    needs
   Assess the readiness for the Yarra Energy
    Foundation for completing the Total Yarra
    Retrofit.

   Identify and assess the skills the local workforce
    feels are necessary in order for the workers to
    perform the retrofits.
