Here we will tell you how to make a Photoshop-tutorials-trafic-light in photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now set the Foreground and Background Color.
[3] Go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

color coding #333945.
[5] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool make the new layer and fill with
this color coding #333945.
[6] Go to Blending Option select the Bevel and Emboss use these settings.

this color coding #333945.
[9] Go to Blending Option select the Bevel and Emboss use these settings.

with blcak color.
[12] And now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[16] Go to Blending Option select the Bevel and Emboss use these settings.

[19] Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape, make the new layer.
[20] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.
[21] Fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.

9. [22] Create a new shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool make the new layer.
[23] Take the Gradient Tool use these settings.
[24] Fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.
[25] Now make the 2 more copy of previous shape layer.

10. [26] Now make the 3 more copy of previous shape layer move these 3 layers underneath the first
layer.
[27] Then take the Shape Tool and select this one.
[28] Make the new layer and create a shape fill with this color coding #1A5C7F.
