ČLAN 23. UNIVERZALNE DEKLARACIJE O
PRAVIMA ČOVJEKA
1. Svako ima pravo na rad, na slobodan izbor zaposlenja, na pravične i
   povoljne uvjete rada i na zaštitu od nezaposlenosti.
2. Svako, bez razlike, ima pravo na jednaku plaću za jednaki rad.
3. Svako ko radi ima pravo na pravičnu i povoljnu naplatu koja njemu i
   njegovoj obitelji osigurava čovjeka dostojni opstanak i koja se, po
   potrebi, dopunjuje drugim sredstvima socijalne zaštite.
4. Svako ima pravo da radi zaštite svojih interesa obrazuje sindikate i da
   stupa u njih.
ZAŠTO PRAVO NA RAD?

 - Ostvarivanje potrebe za radom i ispoljavanjem sopstvenih potencijala
 - Ostvarivanje socijalnih kontakta i razmjene
 - Organizaciju vremena i adekvatnu strukturu i kontinuitet svrsishodnih
 aktivnosti
 - Osećanje svrhe i smisla života
NEZAPOSLENOST
-   Nezaposlenost je stanje u kojemu se dio radno sposobnih članova društva ne
    može zaposliti primjereno svojim sposobnostima i kvalifikacijama, uz
    uobičajenu plaću.
-   1. frikcijska ili normalna nezaposlenost radnika koji mijenjaju posao ili ga
    prekidaju zbog nestašice materijala i drugih sličnih uzroka;
-   2. sezonska nezaposlenost kao rezultat nemogućnosti obavljanja nekih
    poslova jer su vezani za godišnja doba ili ih onemogućuju vremenske
    nepogode;
-   3. tehnološka nezaposlenost; nastaje zbog tehničkih usavršavanja ili
    preusmjeravanja proizvodnje, što čini zaposlene nepotrebnima u postojećem
    broju;
-   4. ciklička nezaposlenost; uzrokuju je poslovni ciklusi i drugi slični povremeni
    poremećaji tako da se osjetno smanjuju potrebe za radnicima, uz istodobno
    nesmanjenu ponudu.
POSLJEDICE NEZAPOSLENOSTI
-    Posljedice za pojedince :
    - Šok
    - Finansijski gubici

    - Posljedice za mikroekonomiju
       - Kupovna moć pada
       - Smanjenje investicije
       - Otpuštanje radnika

- Posljedice za nacionalnu ekonomiju:
   - Niži državni prihodi
   - Povećanje državnih kredita
   - Zaduženja države
METODOLOGIJA I CILJ KAMPANJE
Cilj: - Povećanju osetljivosti javnosti na kršenje prava iz radnog odnosa
Probuditi svijest građana o pravu na rad:
    - podjela letaka svim građanima, drţavne institucije i poslodavcima
    - konferencije za medije
    - zakupljivanje reklamnom prostora na webportalima
    - bildboard
    - informativni oglasi i stručni tekstovi
Konkretne mjere i pritisak:
    - izmjene i amandmani Zakona o radu
    - pritisak medija
    - okrugli stolovi (tripartidni karakter)
    - etički kodeks poslovanja
OČEKIVANJE OD KAMPANJE
-   Realizacija kampanje od 2 godine
-   Povećanje broja zaposlenih
-   Poboljšanje poloţaja radnika
-   Razumno povećanje svijesti posloprimaca i poslodavaca
