Old age- When old, we will have ache and pains and find it hard to get around. Death- None of us wants to die. We feel deep sorrow when someone dies.
4. THE FIVE PRECEPTS No killing Respect for life No stealing Respect for others' property No sexual misconduct Respect for our pure nature No lying Respect for honesty No intoxicants Respect for a clear mind
5. EIGHTFOLD PATH Also Known As: The Middle Way The Buddha told people to be responsible for their actions and lives, from there he started teaching the Eightfold path, if they followed the eightfold path they would reach Nirvana.

9. RIGHT ACTION Right Conduct . No matter what we say, others know us from the way we behave. Before we criticize others, we should first see what we do ourselves. To Behave Properly
10. RIGHT LIVELIHOOD Right Livelihood . This means choosing a job that does not hurt others. The Buddha said, "Do not earn your living by harming others. Do not seek happiness by making others unhappy." To Live Right Without Harming Others
11. RIGHT EFFORT Right Effort . A worthwhile life means doing our best at all times and having good will toward others. This also means not wasting effort on things that harm ourselves and others. To try your best to succeed in live.
12. RIGHT MINDFULNESS Right Mindfulness . This means being aware of our thoughts, words, and deeds . To have a clean thinking about others and yourself.
13. RIGHT CONCENTRATION 8. Right Concentration . Focus on one thought or object at a time. By doing this, we can be quiet and attain true peace of mind. To Concentrate and try to not get crazy or desperate about something that you think is very important such as a death.
