The Jeugdraad Brugge is a youth council that advises the city council on youth issues in Bruges, Belgium. It consists of a general assembly of youth organizations and non-organized youth that meets every two months. The council is also led by a board of elected representatives and oversees activities to bring youth together. Some of the issues the council has dealt with include negotiating for affordable facilities for scouting groups, advising on safety regulations for youth parties, and organizing a large annual charity event for youth organizations in the city.

Why? For organizing their yearly field trip… Our advice to the city council: Keep searching for new small party locations in the city center and the suburbs Meanwhile: allow one or two parties a year in their own youth facility
6. Negotiate Scouting group: Kerlinga Loss of their youth facility Found a new location (together with city council)! Scouting group: Frassati High rent (more than 1000 euro a year!) Negotiations between church and Frassati Result: lower rent
