2. •The Multicultural Community Project’s mission is to stay
true to its strength, to leverage their personal and
professional skills and relationships to give back to the
community.
•Our organization recognizes that it is uniquely suited to
provide a cycle of philanthropy that advances multicultural
communities to new heights as each generation of men and
women gives back to the next. It is an exciting time to be
engaged as a business man or woman, and perhaps, a more
exciting time to be a part of the Multicultural Community
Project.
3. • When people in the community cannot afford to meet the
basic needs of their families, they become both socially
and economically depressed. People start to suffer from
depression and low self esteem.
• Children fall prey to, gangs, drugs, crime, teenage
pregnancy, illiteracy, and worthlessness.
• We are addressing the anti violence not talking about the
statistics and the problem but rather providing a solution
to the now issues. The Barrio books with the school
based and faith based curriculum's are teaching tools
that are used to help inspire and motivate our teens and
at-risk youth to make better life choices.
4. Our goal is to exchange the Barrio books for all the guns, knives,
drugs, needles, booze and even the cigarettes.
5. To Build Stronger Communities:
• We must build a solid infrastructure. A job fair and job training is viable
solution solve to unemployment. Our purpose is to introduce business to
our communities and to engage them with prospective employees.
• To ensure a secure financial foundation for people in our communities,
they must become gainfully employed, trained and educated. Bringing
business back into our communities is a must to level the economic
playing field.
6. • The community has to be the driving force to
save our children. That is why we have
partnered with churches and community
groups, to sponsor community events. These
events strengthen our communities and raise
the economic structure of the community.
• We show what you can achieve with
education, hard work and commitment.
7. A Little Motivation Goes A Long Way
