3. PWWG Architects West Park Court, Pittsburg high-rise apartment building for low-income seniors in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Constructed 1979 and originally clad with an exterior insulating of synthetic stucco which had proved problematic new envelope was installed from the outside, little impact on residents. Adding new skin, energy savings were 15% over the existing insulated building.
