operators with operations in North America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Within the US and European markets, Royal Cyber plans to target large manufacturer
corporations whereas our secondary target will be the medium-sized companies in high
growth areas. Customer Retention would be our prime focus as we have learnt that majority
of the companies pitch existing customers for other services that comprise of almost 89% of
their annual revenue.
Corporate Website is the prime marketing tool for B2B companies. Royal Cyber current
website isn‟t fulfilling its purpose. It is only for those who already know about Royal Cyber
and visiting the website for contact and career information. The website isn‟t selling itself and
marketing plans to change that by using different tactics and promotional offers to make the
site interactive. We are also planning to add „Get Help Now‟ section on every website page
which would have answers to Frequently Asked Questions and Support Center links that
would serve as a panic button for users who are confused and have many queries regarding
Royal Cyber services and terms.
One of the prime challenges of Royal Cyber marketing department will be to revamp our
entire portfolio of marketing collaterals to develop more visibility of Royal Cyber to generate
new leads and hence we would require close inter departmental liaison and cooperation.
Industry competition comes in several forms, the most significant being companies such as
Ciber inc, Dynamix group, Essex technology, Flagship Solutions group, Mainline information
systems, Micro Strategies, Peak Resources, Sirius, Teogas Inc, Fund tech, Accenture, Alpine,
Ascendent, and several others.
The following marketing plan has complete details of the strategies that we like to implement
followed by the implementation plan set with deadlines subjected to internal and external
factors.

of reasons could be attributed to these changes. One of the reasons in these changes is
Globalization and the subsequent and resulting explosive growth of global trade and the

because the technological competitiveness is making online marketplace cutthroat.
The recent trend which is growing in the IT market is the emergence of Smart Phones, Social
