The document outlines the main components of communications and
community engagement related to crypto-based crowdfunding, while
it touches on corporate set up, financing and legal issues please
consult your corporate development, financing and legal advisors on
those aspects.
Project Communications Goals:
1. Daily multiple engagement touch points on online social
network, chatrooms - esp 1 week before start of funding event
2. News items every 1-2 days (can announce any and all
“progress” - i.e., “we just arrived at the X blockchain conference
in Y city... so excited to meet Satoshi Nakamoto”); news
recycling works
3. Presales or pre-commits should be private and have minimums,
this is to find strategic backers. Your main funding event is
meant to get 1000s (if not 10,000s) of early adopters...
4. Spend 2 months speaking at conferences and meet-ups in Asia,
Europe and North America to meet/greet backers
5. Chat rooms, Bounty participants should be > 1000 people each
6. Newsletter > 5000 people, twitter participants > 2500 people
7. Backer pre-commits should = about 25-35% of hard cap if you
want to close out fast... if not than lower
