Research shows that children as young as four begin to display behaviour and attitudes that they have observed and internalised. These behaviours continue, reinforced by information and experiences, into and throughout adulthood unless challenged, as they often are, at school, at work, or in leisure activities, or by significant life events.
The user can make a note here of the various values and attitudes they have to life. Alongside, they can say where these influences have come from. If teacher/trainer led – this could be part of a group discussion and the boxes used for typing in notes as the session develops.
