4. Community Acquired Pneumonia Patients often do not know if they’ve had the pneumonia shot or not. It is important that you know your immunization status. Percent of patients over the age of 65 who have been vaccinated with the pneumonia shot either during or prior to their hospitalization
5. Community Acquired Pneumonia This is often difficult, because your doctor may be waiting on tests to determine a definitive diagnosis. Percent of patients who received their first dose of antibiotic within 4 hours of admission to the hospital
6. Community Acquired Pneumonia Percent of patients who had their oxygenation status assessed within the first 24 hours of admission.
