L’intensité promotionnelle ne cesse chaque année d’augmenter
dans les catalogues de fêtes… cette année elle explose !
Après déjà une hausse de +3,9% des promotions l’an passé,
l’activité promotionnelle dans les catalogues de fêtes 2015 se
renforce encore plus fortement : +7,1% (soit +332 promotions)
via un développement du nombre de références festives : +8,3%
(vs +3,8% en 2014).
9 distributeurs sur 13 renforcent leur pression promotionnelle (vs
7 en 2014)
Le poids du frais dans ces promotions se renforce : près de 45%
des insertions sont des produits frais (soit +1,7pts); et ce au
détriment des produits surgelés (-2,2pts)
L’innovation est particulièrement forte dans les catalogues festifs
mais reste stable cette année : 12% des promotions proposées
bénéficient d’une mise en avant nouveauté (comme pour les fêtes
2014)
