6. Students recruitment
• Structure of target group (quantity of
pilot group members)
• Needed skills – English speakers,
Internet surfers, VET specialists
• Data of participants – name, surname,
phone number, e-mail, status (recruitment
on-line form), city, country
7. Tutors recruitment and training
• The Polish team will train the trainers chosen by
project partners (on-line training and support).
• The Trainers will present functionalities of the
Platform to their students. (possible real meeting in
IT classroom).
• Polish Administrator of ETM course will contact
immediately with the trainers
• The trainers will contact immediately with Polish
Administrator if needed.
10. Needs and expectations of
Course Administrator
• On-line recruitment of the participants
• Data of e-teachers in each country (name,
surname, e-mail, phone number)
• Schedule of the Pilot course (by modules: start
on… finish on…)
• Tasks to do in each module (project, test,
others…)
• Common methodology of assessment (how
much points in each task, how much points
minimum give the particicpant pass

Whole course = 100 points
fail>60<pass
95 – 100 points = excellent (5)
89 – 94 points = very good (4+)
80 – 88 points = good (4)
75 – 79 points = sufficient + (3+)
60 – 74 points = sufficient (3)
Less than 60 points = fail (2)
