Getting to know your Students is important for you as an Educator, this is how I do it. I prepared this for my Task 2 Week 3 in the Moodle Practice during the MM4 in the M4B section.

students, I ask them to take a print screen
of their result and send it to the class
email acount or upload to Google drive.

4. Paid online Test
O When I need to create groups within a
school or organization then I rely on a
paid for online reliable test. I purchase the

English Testing website. The price and
quality are exceptional.

O Plus I can follow their results in the LMS
(Learning Management System) and
create groups accordingly.

5. Now I have their results and
the students are divided into
groups or levels…
so now I need to know
their ‘needs’

O There are many available on Internet and
in some text books, I have used the
following for Business Students.
O Alex Case says “we can only start
teaching a student when we know what
their needs for the language are”.
O Then you need to create a data base and
analyse the results.
