Internet to peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles.
 It grant to all users free, irrevocable right of access ,copy and distribute the work
publicly. Also the right to make printed copies for use.
 It is encouraged world wide to create the impact of the scientific research and
make it available to all people.
 Open Access got its roots established in the year 1991, shortly after the WWW
protocol was released at CERN in Geneva.
 In 2000, the “gold road” was established for Open Access. Harold Varmus
Started a series of Open access Journals Public Library of Science.
