The internet can change as fast as the weather. Remember when Meebo died? You may want to devise a back-up plan for your YouTube files. Other issues are ads and sometimes losing some customization or convenience features.
Attention-span runs out
Reviewed at least once a year. faculty input. Read assignment before creation/revision. Also database interface changes.
Use the “annotations” feature in YouTube to add a link from the old video to the new one. Change to Private and use the “views” in analytics to make sure you “caught” all the links. Then you can delete.
