Training for me is a method of enhancing human performance. The key is how the learning activities are designed so that the participants acquire knowledge and skills, rather than merely receive them. The non-formal learning is a way to enhance the learning process. Making meaningful, easy to understand and interesting trainings has been my target for the last 4 years, something I develop with every day and with every new project I do.
