5. St-Hubert Restaurants - Recruitment Campaign
St-Hubert Restaurants asked us to develop an
entire recruiting campaign on Facebook.
WE_ARE handled every aspect of the project,
from strategic planning to implementation.
The main goal of the project was to rejuvenate
the brand and highlight the company's family-
oriented management.
This highly successful campaign enabled St-
Hubert to increase the number of resumes
received, while reducing the cost of acquiring
talented employees.
6. BRP - WOW e-magazine
WE _ARE designed the website for a digital magazine
for Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). The site
was developed based on a mobile-first approach in
order to accommodate mobile devices first, then
larger displays. The result is a web magazine that
provides its readers with fast, intuitive and
optimized navigation, whatever their device.
We also developed a custom CMS, enabling content
to be managed in more than 10 languages.
WOW Magazine is kind of the digital equivalent of Air
Canada’s enRoute magazine.

7. Telus - Génération Inc Website
WE_ARE acted as a strategic and design
consultant in the development of an
interactive platform for Generation Inc., a
business TV show powered by Telus. We
also developed the online forum and
website entirely in WordPress. The project
was delivered in time for the show’s new
season on Canal V!

8. Saputo Stadium - Website
In 2013, WE_ARE designed a brand new website for
Saputo Stadium, home to Montreal’s professional
soccer team, the Impact. The project consisted in
developing a login system allowing users to create
online profiles. Each user is given a key with an
embedded RFID microchip, enabling them to earn
points in a variety of ways, both online and in person
at the stadium during the matches.
On the website, users can view their points and
compare themselves against the best users.

9. Loto-Québec / Music-o-tron
WE_ARE’s expertise was called upon by
BleuBlancRouge for their client Loto-Quebec.
Very present in the Montreal and Quebec
festival scene, Loto-Quebec wanted to build an
app that would help them promote their
implication and support to the various festivals,
while also help them generate more
engagement from attendees.
The end result is le Music-o-tron, an app that
not only allows users to get detailed
information on the various festivals sponsored
by Loto-Quebec, but also allows them to
interact with DJs on location.
10. Couche-Tard - Mobile Apps
WE_ARE developed iOS and Android apps for the retail
chain Couche-Tard (the Circle K of Quebec). The
application enables users to locate nearby points of
service and access geo-located offers.
11. Tuango - Mobile Apps
WE_ARE developed iOS and Android apps for Tuango,
enabling users to access special offers and purchase
them on their device.
WE_ARE was brought on board after the initial apps
released on the market and produced by another
supplier received poor reviews.
12. Lyka’s Adventure - Mobile App (iOS)
Lance Weiler asked us to help him with a transmedia storytelling
iPhone app for children. Our role was to provide advice and
develop a concept for the mobile application “Lyka’s Adventure,”
based on the existing books. We also performed graphic design
and mobile development.
The project was based on a simple principle: create a rich
narrative experience by developing a whole universe around
Lyka’s world, with various media.
Lyka’s Adventure was conceptualized on the basis of transmedia
storytelling, in partnership with Penguin Books. An iPhone placed
in a small pocket inside the plush brings Lyka to life and allows
the child to listen to audiobooks and interact with Lyka. Children
can access songs, learning activities and more. The book, plush
and mobile app are all interconnected.
13. PrkAir - The AIRBNB of Private Parkings
This project is an internal initiative entirely imagined and
developed by our team.
Still at at the beta stage for the the moment, PrkAir will
soon allow any Montreal resident to rent out their private
parking spaces when they don’t need them.
The website was launched in June and has already
generated a lot of attention. The mobile apps will follow in
September and we are hoping to be able the officially
launch the product before the start of 2015.
