This document summarizes two studies on educational technology. The first study evaluated the effectiveness of mobile learning in distance education by examining students' attitudes and perceptions of mobile learning's importance. The second study evaluated a web-based learning portfolio system to understand if it helped students track their learning process and improve outcomes. Both used questionnaires to collect data and analyzed results related to system functions, interfaces, usage, and impacts on learning.
