La ciencia y la física han investigado también la energía sutil: las fuerzas magnéticas, el orgón, el eter, el bioplasma, describiendo sus leyes y comportamiento. Muchas culturas han trabajado esta energía para sanar, asi se habla de chi, ki, pneuma, ruha, o prana, todas se refieren a energía sutil Esta energía sutil o energía vital, esta en nuestro sistema, alimenta y nutre la vida, funciona principalmente a través del aura y los chakras que la absorben y distribuyen. Entender como funciona, permite a técnicas como Sanación Pránica, actuar para equilibrar donde hay problemas físicos o psicológicos, con resultados rápidos y eficientes.

En el taller para adolescentes, experimentaremos en una vivencia alegre, reflexiva, dinámica, con procesos que permiten una exploración profunda de si mismos, una actitud consciente y activa frente al desarrollo de la propia personalidad. Pasamos por actividades de comprensión y desarrollo de los cuerpos físico y energético, el aspecto emocional, relacional, social, el desarrollo de las múltiples inteligencias y la capacidades mentales, incluyendo también lo ecológico, cooperativo, el desarrollo de la voluntad, intuición y creatividad. e trata de dar respuesta a la búsqueda de los jóvenes de conocer y entender el mundo (interior y exterior) con vivencias que les permitan desarrollar al mismo tiempo una actitud critica y posiciones frente a su propio desarrollo, en ultimas ser activos y conscientes en sus propios procesos
