computer or a job wherein you are just
sitting, your physical body will possibly be
weak. People that are very busy on their jobs
are having a hard time finding time to do
exercise. If you add fitness and work out as a
daily habit, it will benefit your physical
condition. There are some people who are lazy
to do exercise, that’s why they are having
difficulties on making it as a daily routine.
Exercise is very important for every individual
to enhance their physical body.
4. Assign time for fitness
You need to set a time for your daily exercise. It is
important to make a schedule for your workout in order
to make it as a daily routine. You need to choose a time
wherein it won’t affect your working schedule. To make it
easier on you, you must join a fitness gym near the place
where you work. In that case, you will be able to exercise
in the morning before going to work. You can also do it
before you go home. You can do at least twenty minutes of
fitness and exercise per day. If the time you spend on
exercise and fitness is not enough to do lots of
activities, especially if it is just twenty minutes, all you
need to do is do a dynamic exercise like
running, basketball etc.
5. Set goals
If you have a goal, it will force you to start a routine in
order for you to get what you desire. For example, you
want build more visible muscles or abs within a
particular time, you will definitely do a workout always
just to make your muscles visible or to have abs. If you
are not sure if you will meet your goal into a given
time, you should consult a fitness trainer to help you
make it possible. It is also important for you to know the
right exercise for your goal.
6. Pick a fitness activity that you love
You will definitely love to start a daily routine if you
perform an activity that you really like. If you just do
fitness activities that you only see to other person, you
will definitely get bored because you don’t enjoy it. For
example, you love to play basketball or some other
sports; all you need to do is join a league or team for
that sport.
7. Don’t start on dynamic exercise
Before you start a dynamic exercise, you first need to
condition your body. If your daily exercise routine is very
tiring and very dynamic, you will definitely have fear on
exercising, but if your primary exercises routine makes
you feel comfortable, you will surely like to make your
daily routine permanent. You can also do exercise while
you are at work. Instead of taking elevator, you can walk
up and down using stairs. You can also park your car far
away from your destination so that you can do exercise by
walking. You need to start from lightest to hardest. For
example you want to make jogging as a part of your daily
routine; all you need to do is begin with walking until
your body gets in condition to do jogging.
8. Prepare your equipment
Your equipments should be ready in order for you to
attend your workout without any problem and also to
avoid wasting time especially if your everyday schedule is
very busy. It is a good idea if you keep your equipments
inside your car or keep them in the locker on the gym.
9. Take a break
If your body feels pain or tired because of your daily
exercise, you should at least take a break. You don’t need
to push yourself. It is not a bad idea if you take a rest in
order for your body to recover. Do some mild activity if
you don’t feel comfortable on not doing your daily
exercise.
