The digital enhancement of cultural heritage is the result of a history that began in the mid 1970s. Museums needs long term vision, not only just-in-time projects. Organizations need to establish a digital strategy to emerge, develop, capture value and (re)design services. Museums teams not need to deliver one-use products, but to produce painkillers applications and digital tools for liberating intelligence, and engage audiences.
