DANIEL LAPINSKI TISSUE LANE SITE PROPOSAL OCTOBER 12, 2009

1 3 2 5 4 Site plan is intended to minimize the impact of the maintenance campus on the landscape, and preserve the experience of Tissue Lane. Plan looks to take advantage of day lighting and solar gains (southern exposure), and integration of structures into the hillside (thermal mass). Creation of “courtyard” through placement of buildings for indoor/outdoor opportunities, and organization of program. Link to parking lined with gardens, opportunities for hikers and employees.
