Case studies and papers written, website published, networks established, training courses provided etc. Measured through Logframe. Outcomes Outcomes are understood as intermediate results from the activities that are beyond the direct control of the programme. In RiPPLE they are related to the three strategic objectives of the programme. Changes in policy and practice, increasing cooperative attitudes between practitioners, improved transparency in financing flows to the sector. Measured through additional tools such as outcome mapping, network analysis etc. Impacts Impacts are understood as the indirect and longer-term results related to the overall goal of the programme. Increased WASH coverage, and WASH facilities implemented are sustainable and affect the living conditions of the poor in the long run. Not measured by RiPPLE.
