Jorge Meléndez has hired us to draft the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for
their e-commerce website www.jorgemelendezlifecoach.com, After analyzing the
mechanics of the site, we have accordingly drafted the following. This is a draft for your
review. We have also provided you with guidelines for their successful implementation.

Jorge Meléndez respects your privacy and is committed to protect it throughout your
interactions with us via our website. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices

Notes and Guidelines of the Adoption of Privacy Policy
1. Please verify them thoroughly for accuracy.
2. Please provide the missing information so it can be included in the final draft.
3. Take notice that you should ask for consent of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and
Privacy Policy, in order for the purchase to take place. Federal Case Law has interpreted that
clicking the agreement without the person being able to examine it in the same window or
printing it, is not a valid consent.
4. You should also take notice of the fact that this agreement, asides of what is stated in the
previous item, requires you to inform the customers that have allowed you to contact then via
email, a notification of any change to this agreement.
5. I have incorporated to this policy, the suggestion of creating a page that archives the links to
any previous version of this policy or the Terms and Conditions. It’s not only a good practice
but it will be an aid to Jorge Meléndez and to your customers as well, when such changes need
to be documented and referenced.
6. I have highlighted in yellow a suggestion of a secure and encryption protocol. It is highly
recommended that Jorge Meléndez acquires industry recognized certifications of secure
websites and transactions, since it will not only put customers more at ease with the website
but is also minimizes liability, in case of an accidental data breach.
7. I have also highlighted the description of the shopping cart to be used and the storage
cookies. We have created this process by analogy since we don’t have that information at hand
and were not able not able to determine if that is so, from the trial link we were provided.
8. This policy makes reference to the ability of a user to unsubscribe to email communications
and newsletters, nonetheless we were not able to determine if that is so, from the trial link we
were provided.
9. Once this draft has been commented and revised, you will receive the approved version in
word format for copy and pasting it to the website and a .pdf version so you can verify the
accuracy of the operation.
