AN EVENT DEDICATED TO STRENGTHENING
THE EUROPEAN OPEN DATA COMMUNITY

Founded in 2013 by the cities :
• Toulouse
• Nantes
• Rennes
• Montpellier
• Bordeaux
• Lyon
• Paris
But also with small cities : Digne les Bains, Brocas,
Balma and others territories (Regions, Departments)
And Etalab (French government), FING, Libertic
3. Open Data France
The association aims to :
• Promote and boosting Open Data movement in France
• Support communities engaged in a Open Data projects
• Facilitate and discussions and negotiations between
ministries, regulatory authorities and economic
stakeholders
• To be the voice of all members
• Organize and manage Working Groups on specific
thematic areas about Open Data implementation
