Traction Channels : générer de la traction et toucher ses premiers clients.

Les canaux de distribution sont les différents chemins empruntés par une entreprise pour délivrer de la valeur à ses segments clients. Pourtant chaque année, de nombreuses startups ne trouvent pas les moyens de connecter leur offre à un public cible. Mais avant d'abandonner, ne peut-on pas trouver une approche quasiment mathématique pour utiliser toute la potentialité de ces canaux ?

La recette magique de la création d’une startup semble de plus en plus connue, avec des philosophies comme le "Lean Startup" ou le "Customer Development". Mais l’un des vrais ingrédients indispensables est évidemment la « traction ». On parle ici de la capacité qu’a une startup à toucher ses premiers clients, faire parler et attirer de plus en plus d’utilisateurs autour de son produit ou service. La traction est la preuve du début du "Product / Market-Fit".
