  • 8. FINDINGS OF THE RESEARCH Knowledge can be embedded in processes,products,systems and controls. Knowledge can be accessed as it is needed from sources inside and outside the firm. CONCLUSIONS Both organizations and employees within the Hotel industry must learn rapidly and uniformaly to keep pace with the fast-moving and highly competitive world inorder to gain sustainable competitive advantage in the market place.
